February is often called the month of love, thanks to Valentine's Day — but this year, love feels deeper, wider and more intentional.

We are stepping into the Year of the Fire Horse, a powerful symbol of boldness, freedom, passion, and fearless forward motion. Fire Horse energy invites us to take risks, trust our instincts, and move toward the life that lights us up — without apology. It's about momentum, courage, and choosing growth even when it feels uncomfortable.

This month, I felt the energy strongly and took bold action by moving to the beach.

I've been soaking in early morning sunrises, letting the rhythm of the ocean and the beauty of nature reset my spirit. 

Morning walks have become sacred moments of grounding, while evenings wrapped in moonbeams feel like gentle reminders to slow down and breathe it all in.

Being surrounded by nature has opened space for reflection, new opportunities and personal growth. There's something incredibly powerful about staying connected to the earth while allowing yourself to expand.

The season has reminded me that self-love isn't just a feeling — it's a practice. It's choosing environments, routines, and beliefs that support who you're becoming.

February may celebrate romantic love, but it's also the perfect time to deepen the relationship with yourself. Stay grounded. Take the leap. Let yourself enjoy the beauty that's already around you.

Life truly is a gift — and I'm choosing to live it with intention, gratitude and an open heart.
